Is Therapy Right For You?

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy helps build self-esteem, reduce anxiety, strengthen coping mechanisms, and improve social and community functioning. Supportive psychotherapy helps patients deal with issues related to their mental health conditions which in turn affect the rest of their lives.

Psychotherapy is often the best treatment alternative for an individual suffering from depression or anxiety, whether utilized by itself or in conjunction with medication. We work closely with other mental health professionals, both in our practice and in the community abroad to match individuals with a therapist well suited for their needs. We do provide therapy for adults, children, couples and families.
