Sally Strand is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing primarily in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She obtained her Master’s and Specialist’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling from University of Florida. She provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. She has experience working with Anxiety Disorders, Trauma- and Stressor- Related Disorders, Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders, Eating Disorders, and Depressive Disorders, among others.

Sally implements a variety of evidence-based practices in a collaborative nature with her clients. She facilitates the growth and self-actualization of clients to assist them in reaching their full potential and broadening their awareness of themselves, their relationships with others, and their potential blind spots. She also operates from a strengths-based perspective and believes clients should be treated as the unique and resilient individuals they are.
